If you’re taking the next steps with your studies at Bradford College, an Advanced Learner Loan could provide the financial support you need.
The Advanced Learner Loan is for people aged 19 and over who want to complete a Level 3 or 4 course. You can apply for an Advanced Learner Loan to help with the costs of your course, and the loan can cover all or part of your tuition fees.
You will need to apply for an Advanced Learner Loan or pay your fees independently:
- If you are aged 19 or above and you already have a full Level 3 qualification.
- If you are aged 19 or above and studying a Level 4 qualification.
It will help to pay for things like:
You must attend your classes to meet the attendance criteria of the bursary. If your attendance drops below 85% you may lose your grant.
Check here if you’re eligible before you apply for an Advanced Learner Loan. Loan eligibility does not depend on your income and there are no credit checks. Repayments of the loan don’t start until you earn more than £26,575 per year.
If you are aged 19 to 23 at the start of your course, and you are studying for your first Level 3 qualification, your course will be fully funded, so you will not need to apply for an Advanced Learner Loan.
