Hardship Fund: 19+
If you are aged 19+ and are studying on a Further Education course, and live in a If you are aged 19+ and are studying on a Further Education course, and live in a household with a gross annual income of £50,000 or less (£25,000 for individual claimants), you may be eligible for financial support.
You may be able to receive assistance with the cost of travel to and from college in the form of a travel pass or payment. You may also be eligible for course-related costs, and these will be assessed on a case by case needs basis.
If you are aged 20 or over, you may be able to receive support for childcare fees for timetabled hours in college. This provides support for the cost of childcare, nursery deposits and registration fees with an OFSTED-registered provider.
You must attend your classes regularly to meet the attendance criteria of the bursary
