Testimonials

You underestimate when you’re younger how much you’ll need in the future when you’re looking for work. Adult learning is great because you come back to education and it reinforces you being able to get work in the future. Jacob Relton Level 2 Maintenance Skills, Bradford College Construction Academy

A lot of places tend to push you down the university route, but Bradford College really encourages you to get out into the real world and gain practical experience, which is something I really wanted. Zara Khan T Level in Design, Surveying and Planning

It’s been great coming here. Phil and Ian support me a lot during lessons, and I feel really comfortable and safe at Bradford College. Bradley Illingworth Level 2 Diploma - Bricklaying student

There are some things I learn in class that I won’t learn on site, and other things you learn on site that you won’t learn in the classroom. That’s why it’s good to be able to do both. Lleyton Hirst T Level in Design, Surveying and Planning

It's been amazing. The lecturers have been great, and the teaching style has been wonderful. Work placements were really helpful and gave us a better understanding of the actual construction industry and its management of it. Haris Ali BSc (Hons) Construction Management Alumnus

The staff have been brilliant. It's been challenging, but I've found it good and I've learnt a lot. Rhys Keller Level 3 Electrical Installation student

It’s really fun, especially the placement side. You’re basically working and learning at the same time. It’s far better than just sitting in a classroom. Daniel Ivanovs T Level in Design, Surveying and Planning

It’s a very good course. There’s lots of information and the tutors are really good at educating us. Alfie Cook T Level in Design, Surveying and Planning for Construction

At the end of a session, I can look at what I’ve done and know whether it’s good work or not. That’s been grounding. Rhopsana Khanum Adult Construction Skills
