Part-time courses for adults 

Our part-time courses are based at our city centre campus, various venues in the Bradford area and online.

With courses in the morning, afternoon and evening, our classes can fit in with your work and family commitments.  Whether you want to take up a new hobby, study for your own personal development, or improve your skills for a career change or job promotion, we have something for you. 

We offer a wide range of courses on many different subjects, including courses for leisure, accredited community courses, distance learning and part-time Further and Higher education courses.

How to apply and enrol

Find out more about enrolling on our community and leisure courses.

Learning for leisure/community courses 

If you would like to study one of our learning for leisure courses, please email community@bradfordcollege.ac.uk, or call us on  01274 088088 (option 3). For many leisure courses you can enrol directly, pay your fee and start your course. 

Accredited courses 

To apply for any of our accredited courses in the community section please either apply online at  bradfordcollege.ac.uk/apply, email admissions@bradfordcollege.ac.uk, or call  01274 088088 (option 3). 

These courses may require an interview* and we will contact you with an interview date (this may* be over the phone, via video call on MS Teams, or an alternative format). Once you have attended your interview* we will provide you with enrolment details. Enrolment will take place between July and September 2020. 

Distance learning 

If you are interested in applying for one of our distance learning courses please email our distance learning team at  distancelearning@bradfordcollege.ac.uk  with the course you are interested in. 

English and Maths 

19+ English and Maths 

To apply and enrol for a 19+ English and/or Maths course, please contact  admissions@bradfordcollege.ac.uk  or call  01274 088088 (option 3). We will then arrange a suitable assessment date for you, with enrolment taking place following your assessment appointment. 

ESOL 

Applications for ESOL courses are now open. You can apply by emailing admissions@bradfordcollege.ac.uk, calling  01274 088088 (option 3), or apply online at  bradfordcollege.ac.uk/apply

Higher education/Degrees 

For a part-time Higher Education course (Level 4 and above), please contact our HE Admissions team via  admissions@bradfordcollege.ac.uk  or call 01274 088088 (option 3). Once you have applied and been accepted to your course we will provide further details about how to enrol via email and SMS.

Distance learning

Our popular Distance Learning courses allow you to study in the comfort of your own home, for recognised accreditation that is of value to your work and personal development. We also offer online learning courses, to develop your skills in a flexible way that fits around you. 

Other options

If you don’t feel comfortable in a large college environment and need a more supportive approach, take a look at Forster College. We work with learners to address and overcome barriers to engaging with education, training and employment, providing an alternative option for education.
