An African children’s choir brought smiles to Bradford College.

The Singing Children of Africa, a choir of Kenyan school children, performed at the college on Thursday as part of their aptly named Smile Tour of the UK.

The children, aged between nine and 16, are from the Joluarabi School in the north of Kenya which was set up by the charity Educate the Kids.

Bradford College and the police have joined forces to offer safety and crime prevention advice to students at the start of the new academic year.
Bradford College is getting a new sports hall floor after netting a grant from England Netball. The £10,240 award from netball’s national governing body covers half the cost of the improvement work with the college footing the rest of the bill.
