Electrical Students Tour City Centre Transformation Work
6 daysA group of our new Level 2 Electrical Installation students had a special guided tour of the transformation work which is taking place in Bradford city centre as part of their studies.
Bradford College is transforming lives and helping get the city back on its feet by offering free courses for adults to gain in-demand skills and change the course of their future.
Adults can gain new skills and boost their job prospects. Furthermore, they can even change their career by studying one of a selection of free courses backed by the government’s Lifetime Skills Guarantee Scheme.
The courses include accounting, IT, construction, engineering and health and social care.
The scheme, which is part of the wider £2.5 billion National Skills Fund, is designed to help our country build back better after the pandemic. The qualifications in the scheme have therefore been carefully chosen to help adults improve their career prospects and meet the needs of the economy.
The guarantee allows us to offer a range of courses to any adult meeting the criteria below.
