13 August 2020

It’s been an extraordinary year for the class of 2020 – but today students at Bradford College are collecting their results in a very special results day.

After months of hard work and an anxious wait over the summer, from 8am students went online to discover their grades and begin planning their next steps.

Pass rates are up

It is a day to celebrate for Bradford College as the pass rate has improved compared to last year. Our vocational BTEC Level 3 Diplomas have a pass rate of 99%, which is a 5.2% increase compared to last year and our A level pass rate has increased by 7.3%.

Dawn Leak, Vice Principal, said: “Congratulations to all our students. We recognise that this summer has not been easy and to have achieved an increase in the overall pass rate despite these very unusual circumstances is a true testament to our staff and students’ efforts.  The college continues to improve its vocational results year on year, which provide fantastic opportunities for students to progress, achieve their employment goals and contribute to the economy in Bradford and the region.

Ready for your next adventure?

We are celebrating with you!

“Today is a very different results day to usual but even though you cannot be on campus today, collecting results with your friends, remember we are still celebrating with you. We know that you have worked hard for these results in very unusual and often stressful circumstances. So we want to say a huge well done to everybody collecting results today, and we are ready to support you whatever you choose to do next.”
