It’s for students who would benefit from a transition pathway to support successful integration into college life. You may have an EHCP, SEND or have previously been in a smaller learning environment. Learning will take place in a smaller group size and focus on building confidence in the new college environment You will develop your personal and social development skills whilst undertaking tasters in a range of Entry 3 vocational options.
The course is designed to give you a broad range of skills and experiences, supporting your next steps to full time study in a vocational area of your choice.

On the Entry Level 3 Bridge to College course, you will:
- Build your confidence in a new college environment with support and small group learning
- Develop important personal and social skills to help you feel more comfortable and ready for college life
- Take part in taster sessions across different vocational subjects, helping you discover what you enjoy and what you’re good at
- Learn how to become more independent and prepared for full-time study
- Get support with your transition to college if you have an EHCP, SEND, or have been in a smaller learning setting before
This course is all about helping you feel ready, supported, and excited for your next steps in education.
The course consists of personal & social development, employability skills, maths and English, a tutorial programme, enrichment and experience of work. Learners will also take part in vocational tasters from a range of options:
