Free Courses for Jobs

These fully-funded Level 3 courses could help you improve your wage outcome and job prospects, and gain skills that employers value.

Gain knowledge and skills

If you’re aged 19 and over and looking to gain skills and knowledge to get into work or learn new skills, you can study for free at Bradford College.

We offer free courses for adults under the Free Courses for Jobs (previously the Lifetime Skills Guarantee) Scheme. These qualifications are for adults who have:

  • aged 19 or over and do not already hold a Level 3 qualification
  • already hold a Level 3 qualification or higher but earn below the National Living Wage annually
  • already hold a Level 3 qualification or higher but are unemployed

Take your opportunity to boost your career to another level and apply to study with us! If you’d like to know more about the Government scheme, visit the UK Government website.

If you’re interested in studying a Free Courses for Jobs course with us, contact our Admissions team at [email protected] to confirm the course you are interested in and to check the admissions criteria for that course.

What is a Level 3 qualification?

A level 3 qualification is equivalent to an advanced technical certificate or diploma, or A levels. The qualifications could help you:

  • gain skills that employers value
  • improve your job prospects
  • earn a higher wage

If you’re eligible, you will not have to pay for your level 3 qualification. The Government will pay the course fees.
