Our Progression to Learning and Work programmes are ideal if you are either: 16-18 years old with learning difficulties, or have no formal qualifications, or limited GCSE grades.

Our study programmes cover a huge range of options at Entry 3 and Level 1 and have been designed to help you develop your skills in a number of different areas to support you in growing your skills, knowledge and independence to take part in life, learning and work activities.

At Bradford College, we offer a full programme of care with the goal of helping our students to progress onto the next level, whether that is further study or employment. We will help you to build the foundations needed to take the right steps forwards for you.

We provide a wide range of vocational courses, ensuring that you develop the essential skills towards working your way up to the next level and successfully gaining employment. Through these courses you’ll also be able to develop your English and Maths skills, as well as building your confidence and developing new skills.

Supported Internships

Here at Bradford College, we are proud to partner with DFN Project SEARCH offering internship programmes to young people living with a learning disability and/or autism, aged between 18 and 24. The programme follows the school year and runs from September to July, offering meaningful work experience.

Our internship programmes are designed to provide competitive and transferable skills preparing young adults with learning disabilities for full-time paid work.
