Regulated by the Department for Education, the ‘matrix Standard’ acknowledges the delivery of high-quality IAG to students at Bradford College.
The reaccreditation process takes place every three years, with 2025 being the first year the College has been judged against a brand-new framework.
Speaking about the significance of our recertified status, Nick Scaife (Head of Student Services) said: “We are delighted that Bradford College has successfully completed the recent assessment and achieved reaccreditation!
“The rigorous process involved teams from Careers, Admissions, Customer Service, Curriculum, and other support areas working together to showcase the quality of our services. The external accreditation ensures and reaffirms that Bradford College is providing an outstanding standard of careers advice and support to students on a daily basis. The hard work and dedication of staff across the College has been instrumental in securing this recognition, and we couldn’t have done it without them. Thank you and well done to everyone involved.”
As mentioned, three different teams – Careers, Admissions, and Customer Service – were heavily involved in proceedings and challenged with showcasing the first-rate service they deliver to students. Falling within Student Services, Careers is managed by Dina Mistry under the leadership of Nick Scaife. The other two teams work out of our Student Recruitment department, managed by Anita Ladva-Cheung, with team leads of Reece Tapsell (Admissions) and Shaheen Majid (Customer Service).
After the joy of receiving the status again, the College has now received a full report around what currently works particularly well and also suggestions for development to enable continuous improvement.
A few noteworthy strengths include:
‘Staff at all levels are engaged with the College’s values‘
‘Good practice was evident in many aspects of IAG delivery‘
