students to bridge the gap between Level 2 and Level 3; this will allow
students to progress on to the level BTEC 3 National Certificate in Computing course.
Students will undertake a baseline assessment to establish their starting
point. The first part of this bridging programme will a recap of Level 1 with a
key focus on core computing concepts and knowledge before moving on to the
level 2 topics.

Entry to this course
requires a grade 3 GCSE in English Language and Maths or Level 1 Functional

Successful completion of this course can allow you
to progress on to BTEC L3 National Certificate in IT and then onto one of
our HNC / HND in Computing or employment.
