As well as the cooking itself, the Chefs’ Forum is the leading food service marketing platform and networking group where all chef requirements are met. The individuals who make up the Forum are chefs with a wealth of professional expertise, which has been recognised with prestigious ‘foodie’ accolades such as Michelin Stars, AA Rosettes and Good Food Guide cooking scores.

Radha’s extensive abilities saw her reach the final of the well-known TV series, amassing quite the social media following along the way.

Pasta Shapes & Pasta Masterclass, Wednesday 13th March 2024
The visit of Chef Ru will be followed by an appearance from another illustrious former Masterchef (The Professionals) finalist, Exose Grant.
Growing up, Exose was surrounded by his mother’s beautiful African cuisine and also enjoyed baking, discovering his love for cooking at high school. With a wealth of experience now under his belt, including a stint at Manchester’s James Martin restaurant, Chef Grant is capable of putting his own twist on many different cuisines from across the globe.
Exose will visit our campus to teach students all about the art of pasta and its many shapes.
It comes as no surprise that Exose is making a name for himself. He is an extremely talented and creative chef who is hardworking and always ready to learn.
