Overview

This course is designed to help you build a
strong foundation in basic Mathematics, focusing on essential arithmetic
skills, understanding mathematical concepts and applying these skills in real
life situations. 

This qualification is free for anyone aged 19 or
over (subject to eligibility criteria)

You will focus on essential arithmetic skills, understanding mathematical concepts and applying these skills in real life situations. 

You will be given an initial assessment to check
your starting point and determine your suitability for this course. Your attendance for 3 hours each week is mandatory and
you must complete additional work outside of class time.

Assessment of your progress is throughout the course.
You will be assessed according to the level of the qualification. 

This course will lead to the next level of
Functional Skills.
