The Dye House Gallery

The Dye House Gallery is an attraction that is open to the public, free of charge and welcomes everyone.

This creative space showcases the work of our talented Bradford School of Art students, past and present, as well as some established and emerging artists. The Lister Cafe is located next door and serves hot and cold refreshments, sandwiches and snacks.

The Dye House Gallery was once a fully functioning dyeing house, used for teaching colouration and dyeing processes.

It is now a gallery space which runs art, textiles and photography exhibitions throughout the year. Students exhibit throughout the year.

Bradford and District Guild of weavers, spinners and dyers was formed in 1982 by a group of enthusiastic people

with an interest in textiles who wished to expand their horizons with workshops and speakers and share ideas.
