Eve Taylor London’s Matt Taylor Inspires Bradford College Students with Masterclass on Client Care and Professional Upselling
Bradford College’s Hair, Beauty students were treated to an exciting industry experience this week as Matt Taylor, from Eve Taylor London, delivered an energetic and insightful masterclass focused on client communication, confidence building, and the importance of professional upselling.
From the outset, Matt brought humour, warmth, and industry expertise that immediately connected with learners. His session centred on how beauty therapists can elevate the client experience by confidently recommending the right products and making the most of every consultation opportunity.
A key theme of the workshop was the power of upselling, not as sales pressure, but as a genuine extension of client care. Matt broke down how small, thoughtful recommendations can help clients achieve better long term results while also supporting learners’ future success in the industry.
Matt emphasised that clients rely on therapists for guidance, and that offering add‑on products or enhanced service options is part of delivering a professional, knowledgeable service. Students also explored how offering samples can be a simple yet effective way to spark interest, build trust, and encourage clients to continue their skincare journey at home.
The session was packed with demonstrations, discussions, and real‑world examples that made the learning both practical and inspiring.
By the end of the workshop, students left feeling energised and better equipped to build strong client relationships through excellent service and informed product recommendations.
Thanks to ongoing partnerships with respected companies like Eve Taylor London, Bradford College continues to offer students hands-on experiences that prepare them for success in the beauty sector.
