Bradford College Staff Enjoy Action-Packed Sports Day at Trinity Green

Staff from across Bradford College came together for a high energy, laughter filled Sports Day held at the Trinity Green campus. With the sun shining down, colleagues swapped their desks for trainers, archery bows, and football boots in a day packed full of fun, friendly competition.

The event featured a variety of activities designed to get everyone moving and mingling, including classic games like rounders, traditional sports day races, a mini-marathon, soft archery, and an enthusiastic five-a-side football tournament. Staff were split into teams, competing head to head while cheering each other on and showing off some impressive, if occasionally hilarious, athletic skills.

Away from the pitch, the fun continued with Smoothie Bikes allowing staff to pedal their way to healthy refreshments, while an ice cream van offered a well-deserved treat. A scavenger hunt added a touch of adventure to the day, and quieter moments could be found with table football and a few thoughtful games of chess.

“It was brilliant to see everyone come together and just enjoy themselves,” said one member of staff. “It reminded us how strong our community is and how much fun we can have at College”

With laughter ringing out across the field, friendships strengthened, and a few surprise sporting talents revealed, the day was a huge success, highlighting the vibrant spirit and camaraderie of the Bradford College team. A big Thank You to all involved in organising the day it was very much appreciated by all who attended.
