UNITED Values

We encourage positive behaviour and challenge all forms of negative behaviour and ideas.

These are our UNITED Values.

Bradford College is committed to working together for the benefit of our students, staff and partners in the community through our UNITED Values.

These promote a culture and environment that enhances students’ learning and achievement and helps staff in their coaching, teaching and supporting roles.

Why are these values important?

The values incorporate the UK Government’s British Values and also the key principles of the Equality Act 2010.

Our College Charter sets out students’ rights and responsibilities.

The Governments PREVENT strategy is also incorporated into our UNITED values.

We firmly believe that the key to challenging negativity and division is through nurturing mutual respect, understanding and integration.

Being UNITED is the foundation of positive behaviour.
