Junior Pastry Chef

If you’re 14–16 years old, come and join us for our special Junior Pastry Chef classes.

Over the course of 3-days, you will learn a variety of baking techniques from our expert team, with all classes taking place in state-of-the-art kitchen facilities at the David Hockney Building for only £30.

These masterclasses are kindly sponsored by Regal Foods, who will have a team there on Wednesday to support the group.

You will prepare and decorate a variety of products to include sweet and savoury breads, pastries and desserts. On the final day, all your hard work will be celebrated where you will be allowed to invite 2 guests for coffee and cake.
