Junior Masterchef

Are you an aspiring chef looking to gain new skills from top professionals in the industry?  

If you’re 14–16 years old, come and join us for our special Junior MasterChef classes between 12th and 16th February 2024 (10am-2pm). 

The Grove Restaurant, David Hockney Building | 12th-16th February | 10am-2pm

Over the course of the week, you will learn a variety of cooking and baking techniques from our expert team, with all classes taking place in state-of-the-art kitchen facilities at the David Hockney Building for only £30.

Valuable learning within these masterclasses will include:

-Essential Skills & Practices: Learn about valuable food hygiene practices for a safe and clean kitchen and practice your knife skills under the guidance of our professional expert team.

-Delicious Creations: Master the art of crafting a hearty Minestrone Soup, perfecting Pizza Dough and creating homemade Chicken Goujons, paired with chunky chips and a zesty Lemon Mayo dip.

-Sweet Treats: Create a lovely Fresh Fruit Salad and Shortbread Raspberry Towers that showcase your newfound baking expertise.

-Grand Finale: Finish the week by preparing a special meal for two guests of your choice, demonstrating what you’ve learnt over the course and receive a certification upon completion.
