Join us at Bradford School of Art Summer Show 2022
The celebrations begin on 10th June with the Fashion Shows at 1pm, 6.30pm and 8pm.
This year, the Fashion Graduates embrace a wide variety of concepts, including Surrealism, Asperger’s Syndrome, Mourning in the 19th century, decorated Pakistani trucks, the electronics industry, pink empowerment and dialysis medical waste products.
The Level 5 students have based their collections on a 50 year old wedding dress from 1972, and the Level 4 students have taken inspiration from the artists smock and also LGBTQ. The FdA Textiles Practice students will show their designs from a project with Pudsey based, high-end woollen manufacturer AW Hainsworth, and the level 4 BA Art & Design students will show their collaborative designs with AA2A Artist in Residence Frank Bekaka, a Bradford School of Art Fashion graduate of 2018.

You are warmly invited to the Summer Show Private View on the 10th June, 5pm – 8pm.
The exhibition continues to be open to the public and employers, 13th – 18th June.
The Graduate Show begins in the Dye House Gallery, where BA (Hons) Fashion, BA (Hons) Visual Arts and FdA Textiles Practice will be showing, and continues in studio B39 where you will find BA (Hons) Media Make-up with Special Effects.
The FE Show will be held in the Lister Café, showing the multi-disciplinary work by students of the Extended Diploma in Art & Design and Access to HE, and on the long corridor, showing the work of the Applied General Diploma in Art & Design students.
