A selected group of top chefs from across the north of the UK will take part in a Menu Development Day at Bradford College to showcase Aussie Beef & Lamb.

The event is being hosted at Bradford College with our partners, The Chefs’ Forum, for a second year to enrich the learning of culinary students via The Chefs’ Forum Academy. The students benefit massively from top chefs and industry experts being sent into the College as guest lecturers and this Menu Development Day is an example of how this works.
In the morning, Stephen Edwards, UK Country Manager for Meat & Livestock Australia is set to deliver an educational presentation on Aussie beef and lamb, teaching the chefs and students about the strict welfare standards around halal meats before allowing chefs and students to experience the products for themselves. The team will then create a new dish before serving it at a special tasting lunch served in the Grove Restaurant at Bradford College.
