Overview
An Autocare Technician carries out a range of services and repairs to cars, car derived vans and light goods vehicles, working in an Auto-care or “Fast-Fit” Centre, which may be part of a national chain or operated be a regional/local independent group/owner. An Autocare Technician requires a unique combination of technical, retail and and customer service skills. They will use a range of tools, measuring and diagnostic equipment to identify and repair simply system faults.
This course is delivered using a blended delivery model, an apprentice will spend a day per week at Bradford College undertaking classroom based learning in addition to regular workplace support.

Entry Level 3 English and Maths will be required at initial assessment.
On completion, apprentices will be a qualifed Autocare Technician and can progress onto higher level programmes if they take on additional job duties.
Apprenticeship Course Fees will be paid by your employer.
