  Key Info

The course will develop three key skills:

  1. Number (including fractions, decimals and percentages)
  2. Measures and metrics
  3. Handling Data (including charts and graphs).

Each class lasts for three hours to give you plenty to time to learn, understand and practice your Maths skills.

Acceptance onto the course is by assessment.

Before starting the course you will be asked to complete an assessment to find out what you already know and understand.

During the course, you will be regularly assessed to see how you’re doing, and prepare you for the formal exams.

You will be required to take formal exams at the end of each unit. These exams are timed, and you will be allowed to use a calculator.

Our students work in partnership with the National Citizens Service (NCS) programme which helps to develop key employment skills and behaviours needed for progression to work.
