Course overview

This course is ideal for beginners who have little or no experience of using a computer. It will cover using smartphones, the internet, email and how to stay safe online.

We offer weekly start dates.

What you'll study

The ITQ Award covers the basics of using the internet, email, keeping safe online and using a smart phone. Digital media is used to deliver the course content in a friendly workshop based environment, tutors are available to support you during the whole of your session.

Delivered at our Centenary IT training centre in the iconic City Park with views of the Mirror Pool, we are centrally located and easily accessible to all bus/train stations in the centre.

Our provision is extremely flexible and you are able to choose from a variety of session times on days that suit you. Commitment is 4 hours per week (2 x 2 hour sessions).

If you are aged 19+ and studying a Further Education Course at Bradford College, you may have to pay course fees. Course fees are dependent on the number of hours and which course is being taken.
