This Improvers Employability focused couture chocolate making course will teach you the following skills: covering, moulding, praline making, truffle making and how to temper chocolate, as well as creating and preparing fillings using flavours and colourings. There will be a small additional cost for ingredients and equipment that you will need on the course.
