Database management

Using Social Media in Business

This is an opportunity to gain a first qualification in Information Technology, the focus will be on developing your database skills and using Social Media for Marketing and promoting business.

The course uses a wide range of learning methods with a focus on practical workshops. These are designed to allow you to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment. Students will use Microsoft access to develop their database skills.

Databases are used throughout a range of enterprise and small business, key digital skills will be learnt that can enhance your CV.

A Synoptic assessment will be used for the database unit with written assessment for Social Media in Business.

GCSE English
Grade 4
GCSE Maths
Grade 4

This course requires GCSE Grade 4 in English and Maths or an equivalent qualification.
