For Sam Marriott, Bradford College has been more than a place to study, it’s been a launchpad for confidence and creativity.
Starting on the Foundation Education course for Art and Design, Alumni Sam progressed through Level 3 and the Extended Diploma before deciding to stay on to take a BA in Art and Design.
A Journey Built on Support and Familiarity
When asked why he chose to continue his studies at Bradford College, Sam shared:

The Producing Academy: A Hub for Collaboration
Sam recently attended the launch of the Producing Academy, a state-of-the-art facility designed to bring together different creative disciplines under one roof.
“It’s such an amazing environment,” Sam explained. “There’s a real sense of community because everything is close, but there’s also plenty of space for everyone to grow and start something new. Unlike before, where departments were disjointed, now there’s a natural flow, you can turn a corner and discover a completely different creative area.”
The Producing Academy will enable students to collaborate on projects that span multiple mediums, from podcasts and films to fashion shows and exhibitions. This integrated approach reflects the real-world creative industry, giving students invaluable experience and opportunities to showcase their talents.

When asked for advice for future Producing Academy students, Alumni Sam said:
“Just have fun and do the best you can. Don’t take yourself too seriously, try your best and enjoy the process.”
