The UK Hospitality and Travel industry has a workforce of approximately 4.5 million strong and is the fourth largest employer with 1 in 7 people working in the industry.
You will understand key topics such as marketing, finance and commerce, and investigate the key issues regarding the economic and environmental impact of travel, and the social issues related with tourism. You will gain the skills essential to work in the industry, such as working as or leading a team, communicating clearly with your customers and providing a tip-top service - ready to meet their needs and expectations.
In 2018, the salary for UK hospitality roles grew by 7.1% with the average take-home pay growing to £28,850 per year (The Caterer)
