Apprenticeships - progression routes
Apprenticeships give you the opportunity to learn and train in your chosen career as well as earning a regular pay packet. You will be given first-hand experience and learn the majority of the skills needed on the job, whilst also completing off-the-job training within the College by day release.
Apprenticeships are divided into levels, and provide different level of qualification, so it is possible to progress through levels in order to achieve your full Apprenticeships qualifications. Access to the Level 2 courses usually requires GCSE Mathematics and English at Grade A-C or Level 1+ on the Literacy and Numeracy Basic Key Skill Builder; if you have any questions about your qualifications or experience, please contact the College for more information. Level 3 Apprenticeships, or Advanced Apprenticeships, are available on the successful completion of the Level 2.
