Cheaper bus and train travel

Many students will be provided with a free bus pass through the Learner Support Fund. But if you are not eligible for this, or if you receive a travel grant (rather than a bus pass) from the Learner Support Fund, this information will help you find the cheapest way to travel to College.

Travel on any bus or train – West Yorkshire

The majority of the discounted tickets that you can use across bus companies and on trains require you to have an M-Card. There are different types of M-Card:

Who can have one? Anyone aged 19 to 25, or
full-time students aged 26 and over.
