Bradford College Sixth Form offers GCSE and A Level courses, taught by motivated, professional and industry-experienced tutors. With diverse career-focussed courses, Bradford College gives you the edge to progress on to Higher Education, employment or career advancement.

In 2018 our A Level students achieved great results:

  • The College increased its overall pass rate by 7% on 2017
  • Almost half of our students achieved A* to C grades

If academic studies are not for you, our vocational courses offer professional and practical skills training, with lots of hands-on activities and the opportunity for work placements/experience. Our tutors bring years of industry expertise into the classroom and they are passionate about developing your skills and knowledge.

Our apprenticeship partner, City Training Services, are also on hand with a huge range of exciting apprenticeships, designed to offer on-the-job training alongside classroom learning.

  8. Bradford College Work Placements is our in-house recruitment team. They place hundreds of students into work experience/placements each year and offer help with CV writing, application submission and recruitment services.
  9. We deliver an extensive enrichment and equality and diversity programme. Each year we celebrate and recognise key events, including Black History Month, Dementia Awareness, LGBT Awareness, International Women’s Month, Mental Health Awareness and Autism Awareness Week. Staff and students take part in a huge range of events and activities to raise awareness of important issues and funds for numerous charities.

Visit our very own Dye House Gallery located within the Lister Building, pop down to Impressions Gallery in City Park or check out the state-ofthe-art £1.8m Science and Media Museum practically on our doorstep! Less than 10 minutes’ walk from College is Sunbridge Wells, a ‘world of pure imagination’, where you’ll find a selection of independent boutique shops amongst cafés, restaurants and bars that bring history to life in a unique underground complex. Broadway shopping centre

Only a 5-10 minute walk from our main campus, The Broadway shopping centre offers over 70 shops and eateries with an individual mix of stores and recognised high street brands, all under one roof.   3. Film fan? Check out the latest blockbusters at the Leisure Exchange, or ‘The Light’ cinema complex at The Broadway, Bradford. If alternative screenings are more your thing, head down to the Cubby Broccoli cinema at the Science and Media Museum for a truly immersive cinema experience on the biggest screen in the region.
