Bradford College Sixth Form students and staff are once again celebrating some great A level results, with a rise in A Level pass rates and an increase in the number of students achieving top grades.
The College increased its overall pass rate by 7% on last year, with almost half of those students achieving the most sought-after A* to C grades. Pass rates in science A Levels improved significantly with a 14% increase in the proportion of students securing an A* to C grade.
Ghulam Murtaza Butt
Ghulam achieved an A in Maths, A in Chemistry and B in Physics and is planning on taking a gap year before heading to university to study Aeronautical Engineering.
Bradford College has been great for me. It has been like home and I am pleased to have achieved the grades I did.
Aidan Johnson secured his place on the Astrophysics degree at Edinburgh University with an A in Maths and Bs in Chemistry and Physics.

Paige Colton secured a place at Manchester Metropolitan University to read Ethics, Religion and Philosophy after achieving one B and two Cs, in English Literature, Psychology and History and hopes eventually to work in national security.
Budding politician Jakub Pelka landed a place at Goldsmiths, University of London, to read International Relations and Chinese after achieving a B in Sociology, C in History and C in Psychology.
I want to be a politician ... I am proud of myself for getting these results and thankful to Bradford College for helping me. It is a great college and I would recommend it to anyone.
