Our Recruitment and Placement Services place hundreds of students into work experience or placements each year and offer help with CV writing, application submission and recruitment services to help you on your way towards employment. Bradford College is the place to learn more so you can earn more!

Our support teams offer a huge range of services including: Careers Guidance, Information and Advice Services, Finance Support and Learning Support alongside our Student Base, Students’ Union and Diversity Plus teams.

We also offer progression on to Higher Education via our University Centre so that you can continue your studies beyond Further Education with the Bradford College family.

If you intend to study A Levels, Bradford College Sixth Form provides a supportive and inclusive place of further education to students from all walks of life. We’ll give you a greater sense of confidence, independence and maturity that will help you transition into employment or university.

Our award-winning campus offers state-of-the-art facilities and resources including free Wi-Fi, thousands of learning resources, media and library services, arts and creative industry spaces, a gallery, media suite, science labs, workshops and training rooms, sports and gym facilities alongside commercial salons and a restaurant.

Our tutors are industry experts, able to demonstrate their knowledge and passion for their subject inside and outside the classroom. Our study programmes are developed to meet employer needs and many of our students have gone on to secure successful roles with international, national, regional and local employers.

Supporting you all the way

As well as studying at our award-winning state-of-the-art campus, you can make use of our fantastic facilities and resources which include media and library services, arts and creative industry spaces, a gallery, media suite, science labs, workshops and training rooms, sports and gym facilities alongside commercial salons and a restaurant.

You will receive expert support throughout your journey at Bradford College. We have a number of specialist teams that can help you: Progress Coaches, Careers Guidance, Information and Advice Services and Finance and Support.

Our College Plus scheme maximises your chances of getting a job after studies by helping you gain valuable experience and demonstrate to prospective employers the attitudes and skills they are looking for. We also offer professional work placements on many of our courses.

If you don’t feel comfortable in a large College environment, and feel you need a personalised approach with more support, take a look at Forster College. We work with learners to address and overcome barriers to engaging with education, training or employment, providing an alternative option for education.

English and Maths Restaurant receipt

Achieving a good standard in English and Maths is essential for most jobs, as well other courses you may want to progress onto. It's also important for managing your own finances!

When you enrol for your course, you will also work towards a Level 2 qualification in English and/or Maths if you haven’t already achieved a grade 4 previously. You’ll need Level 2 English and maths to gain entry to most universities.
