How to pay your fees

There are a number of ways to pay your Bradford College tuition fees.

You may be withdrawn from your course if you do not pay your tuition fees.


The Cash Office in David Hockney Building (Ground Floor) accepts:

  • Cash
  • Debit cards
  • Credit cards

Be sure to quote your student ID number when you pay.

Opening times: Monday-Thursday 9am to 4pm, Friday 9am to 3.45pm. 

The Cash Office is closed for lunch from 1 to 2pm. The last available appointment each day is 30 minutes before closing.


You can make credit or debit card payments by calling our Finance Office during office hours: 01274 088711.

Use your student ID number as the payment reference.

Direct Debit

You may be able to pay in eight monthly instalments. The first payment will be 25% of the course fee.

Please get a direct debit mandate form at registration or from the Student Portal (‘My Finance’).

Return the completed form to hestudentfinance@bradfordcollege.ac.uk.
