Communicating with you

We will usually with our students via their college email account or the Student Portal.

For more formal communications we may send a letter in the post.

We also publish relevant information and news on our website and social media channels.

In exceptional situations we may text or phone you when we need to get in touch urgently, for example, if there are late changes to timetabled classes or the closure of the campus because of bad weather.

We may use phone or text when attempts to contact you by other means have failed to produce a response.
