This page is for students who have completed the enrolment process.

You must apply to the College BEFORE you can enrol. You cannot access College services, links or attend your induction if you haven’t enrolled. Find out more about enrolment.

Congratulations! Now you have enrolled as a Bradford College student your next steps are to set up your email, access your learner portal and Moodle (our online learning platform) and familiarise yourself with our student support services.

Student Funding

If your household income in less than £25,000 and you are a Further Education student you may be able to get help with travel, course equipment costs, childcare or free meals.

Students’ Union

Bradford College is proud to have an independent and active Students’ Union. All students over 16 can access Union services, and are automatically members unless you opt out. The Students’ Union exists to make the lives of Bradford College students’ better. One of the key ways we work to do this is to ensure that your voice is heard on your course.

Student email

You will receive a Bradford College student email once you have enrolled. Each email account is accessed via Outlook.

You will receive further details about how to access and activate your email account during your induction.

IT and systems

Logging on to Bradford College systems is simple, you will receive more details during your induction and from your tutors in your first weeks studying at College (onsite or remotely). Below are some useful links to help you familiarise yourself with systems:

You can also contact your tutor(s) if you are experiencing login problems. Staff will be available during College term-time hours. *Please be aware that network connections may be slow due to increased global usage. Please be patient accessing online learning resources, emails, Moodle and Microsoft teams etc. Demand is extremely high while students and staff across the world access online channels at the same time.

Studying online

Students are asked to login to their emails and access our learning platform – Moodle to support your studies. Alongside Moodle the College uses Microsoft Teams and your tutors will explain how to download and access teams during your induction week.

Students can contact tutor(s) during the College day and in term-time with subject-related queries and concerns via email and/or Moodle.

Covid-19

The College supported a move to remote/online teaching from March 2020 to support restrictions put in place due to Covid-19.
