Congratulations!
Now you have enrolled as a Bradford College student your next steps are to login to your email, register on the learner portal and take a look at Moodle (our online learning platform). It’s also worth seeing what support Student Services provide.
Username and password (college email)
To login to your college email:
1. Go to: https://outlook.com/bradfordcollege.ac.uk
2. Input your username.
Your username is your 8-digit student/enrolment number, followed by @bradfordcollege.ac.uk.
Here’s an example: 12345678@bradfordcollege.ac.uk
3. Your password is the first letter of your first name, date of birth (six digits, such as 1st September 1995 would be 010995), and the first letter of your surname. Both letters should be lowercase.
Here’s an example password for Joseph Bloggs who was born on 1st September 1995, which would be
j010995b
If your password isn’t working, make sure the letters are both lowercase.

Induction
All college buildings are currently CLOSED. You should NOT visit college in person unless you have a confirmed appointment, or you are directed to do so by your tutor.
All student inductions are taking place online. Instructions will be emailed to your college email account (see instructions above on how to login to your college email).
Your induction will take place online via Microsoft Teams and Moodle.
Your tutor will email you an invitation to Microsoft Teams.
You can find your timetable and other course information on the Student Portal.
You will need to register an account on the Student Portal the first time you use it.
Please ignore any physical building locations or room numbers visible on your timetable, until after 21 September).

Studying online
You should regularly login to your college emails and Moodle to complete your induction and begin your studies. Alongside Moodle, the College uses Microsoft Teams. Your tutor will send an invitation to you via email inviting you to Microsoft Teams.
You can contact tutor(s) during the College day and in term-time with subject-related queries via email and/or Moodle.

Covid-19
The College supported a move to remote/online teaching from March 2020 to support restrictions put in place due to Covid-19. Whilst the College makes plans to return to on-site teaching and to making our campuses safe, read more in our health and advice section.
PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THE COLLEGE OR ATTEND ANY OF OUR CAMPUS BUILDINGS, UNLESS YOU HAVE A CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT OR DIRECTED TO DO SO VIA A MEMBER OF THE ENROLMENT TEAM OR YOUR TUTOR. THE COLLEGE WILL START TO REOPEN FOR PHYSICAL LESSONS FROM 21 SEPTEMBER ONWARDS.
