Clearing 2020

Apply through Clearing and start your degree your way at Bradford College in September 2020

Clearing is a service that is available through UCAS to students from July to September. It is used to help applicants who have not secured a place on a Higher Education course at a University or College.  You can apply to Bradford College via Clearing if you:

  • have achieved better grades than you were predicted
  • have decided to apply for University later on in the year after 30 June
  • have not received any offers from your chosen Universities/Colleges
  • did not meet the required grades set to you by your choice(s)
  • declined all offers given to you or did not respond to the offers you received before the deadline

How to apply through Clearing

  1. If you are going through Clearing you will be able to find our available courses listed on the UCAS website or by searching our courses.
  2. Once you have found a course to apply for, or for more information , call our Clearing hotline (01274 088099 – 8am to 7pm) and speak to a friendly advisor.
  3. After speaking to a Clearing advisor, you may be offered a place. If so, you will need to log on to your UCAS Track account, click on ‘Add Clearing Choice’ and enter the course details.
  4. When you have entered the new course details on your UCAS Track account we will do one final review of your application. You will be notified when a decision has been made and you may need to arrange student accommodation and make changes to your Student Finance application.

Remember – you can always apply directly to Bradford College without going through UCAS, if you only want to apply to us or you want to study part-time.
