Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship
Overview
Apprenticeships give you the opportunity to learn and train in your chosen career as well as earning a regular pay packet. You will be given first-hand experience and learn the majority of the skills needed on the job, whilst also completing off-the-job training within college by day release.
This apprenticeship is aimed at aspiring professionals taking their first step into line management as well as those with some experience of managing a team, process or project to clearly defined outcomes. The apprenticeship provides learners working in an organisation with the leadership and management knowledge and skills required to progress in their career and on to further study.

- Supporting, managing and developing team members
- Managing projects
- Planning and monitoring workloads and resources
- Delivering operational plans
- Resolving problems
You will be required to study on a day release basis.
Four GCSEs at a minimum of Grade C/4 including Mathematics and English.
English and/or Mathematics will be included in your timetable if you have not achieved a GCSE at grade 4 or above in these subjects when you start your course.
