We use a strong element of work-based learning to make sure your studies can be directly applied to your teaching practice. For the first part of the course, we focus on the development of teaching and learning skills and developing knowledge of your sector. This will equip you with the necessary skills to enter the classroom with confidence. A personal tutor will offer you support and guidance, along with the course tutor and team.
You will be taught in classroom sessions using a variety of teaching methods but with the emphasis on active learning. These sessions will help you to work with other teachers.
