Looking for a perfect stepping stone to set you on the right path to work in the mental health sector? This course is perfect for you!

You will understand causes, circumstances and treatments related to mental health.

We offer both Introduction and Improvers courses in Mental Health Awareness.

This course is offered at differing times and locations, ideal to fit around your schedule:

Mondays, 1pm – 3pm at Forster Adult Learning Centre.

Fridays, 10am – 12pm at Bradford City Library.

Introduction:

This introductory course will give you an understanding of mental health, its range of problems and what circumstances can cause mental ill-health. It will enable you to progress to an accredited course.

Improvers:

This course will offer an extension of the techniques and skills learnt on the Mental Health Awareness Introduction course.
