Overview
Apprenticeships give you the opportunity to learn and train in your chosen career as well as earning a regular pay packet. You will be given first-hand experience and learn the skills needed on the job, whilst also completing off-the-job training.
This apprenticeship is ideal for those who manage teams or projects and are responsible for achieving operational or departmental goals and objectives as part of their organisations strategy. Level 5 managers are responsible for everything from creating and delivering operational plans, managing projects, and leading and managing teams, to managing change, financial and resource management. Responsibilities also include talent management, coaching and mentoring.

You will be required to study on a day release basis.
Five GCSEs at a minimum of Grade C/4 including English and Mathematics. You must be aged 16 or over and be eligible to study in the UK.
