Course Overview

Apprenticeships give you the opportunity to learn and train in your chosen career as well as earning a regular pay packet. You will be given first-hand experience and learn the majority of the skills needed on the job, whilst also completing off-the-job training.

This apprenticeship is ideal for hose who manage teams or projects and are responsible for achieving operational or departmental goals and objectives as part of their organisation’s strategy. Level 5 managers are responsible for everything from creating and delivering operational plans, managing projects, and leading and managing teams, to managing change, financial and resource management. Responsibilities also include talent management, coaching and mentoring.

  • Coaching and mentoring.

You will be required to study on a day release basis.

 

Entry Requirements

Five GCSEs at a minimum of Grade C/4 including English and Mathematics.
