Course Overview

This course is for you if you want to work in the domestic electrical installation industry eg wiring socket and light circuits in houses.

The City & Guilds 2365 qualification allows you to build on your previous experience, skills and knowledge to gain a qualification at an intermediate level.


Course Structure

This course follows on from the Level 1 course and is intended for those who want to gain further skills and knowledge in order to gain entry into the electrical installation industry.

Entry Requirements

You should have completed the Level 1 Plumbing Studies course and either have Level 1 equivalent for maths and English or undertake a basic assessment to show you are working at Level 1.

How You Will Be Assessed

The course is assessed by continuous practical assessments and knowledge-based exams for each Unit.

Things You May Need

You will be required to wear safety boots with steel toe caps and hi-vis vest when working in the College workshops.
