Course Overview

You will learn the basic essential skills required to enter teaching or training in the Lifelong Learning Sector/Post Compulsory Education. This is an ideal foundation if you are considering a career in teaching 14-19 year olds or adults.

The Level 3 Award in Education and Training is the starting point in achieving a full teaching qualification under the framework for qualifying to teach in this sector and meets the statutory requirements for teaching in this area of education.

Entry Requirements

A Level 2 qualification in English or Literacy and a good level of spoken English.

You must be aged 19 or over.

If you are aged 19+ and studying a Further Education Course at Bradford College, you may have to pay course fees. Course fees are dependent on the number of hours and which course is being taken. Actual costs can be obtained from our FE Registry team.
