Course Structure

This course is ideal for people wanting to improve their spoken English. It is an accredited course, and you will get 2 certificates on completion of the course - awards in progression in Conversational English (entry level 3 and Level 1).
 
You will complete units on these topics:
  • Speaking to communicate
  • Using listening and responding skills
  • Group and teamwork communication skills
  • Demonstrating speaking and listening skills
