Course Overview

If you are working in, or aiming for, occupations within civil engineering, this course provides the relevant vocational knowledge, skills and essential academic background in civil engineering techniques, theories and application necessary to pursue a professional career in the industry.

Entry Requirements

You will need four GCSE passes at a minimum of Grade C/4 (to include Mathematics, English and a Science subject) or a BTEC Level 2 Extended Certificate to include Level 2 Functional skills in Literacy and Numeracy.

You will also be expected to attend an interview and take a grading test prior to acceptance on the course.

English and/or Mathematics will be included in your timetable if you have not achieved a GCSE at Grade A*-C in these subjects when you commence your course.
