Whether you’re interested in pursuing a career in baking or simply enjoy it as a fun hobby – this is the perfect course for you. Learn how to make delicious baked goods and perfect your technique.
We offer both Introduction and Improvers courses in Cupcakes and Cookies.
Attendance for this course will be Tuesdays, 6pm – 8pm at the Forster Adult Learning Centre.

Introduction:
You will create delicious toppings and learn how to pipe buttercream. We then go on to make simple decorations and models using sugarpaste. This is a practical fun course in making and decorating cupcakes. Impress your friends and family with your professional looking creations.
Improvers:
This course will expand on the knowledge gained in the introductory course.
