The Level 3 Award in Education and Training is for people intending to work as teachers/trainers or those already working as teachers/trainers in the Post-16 sector. The intention is to introduce you to the basic principles of teaching, learning and assessment. This 12 credit course is assessed through written assignments and a ‘micro-teach’. To be eligible for this course you need to be at least 19 years of age and have a good standard of written and spoken English.
A Level 2 qualification in English or Literacy and a good level of spoken English.
You must be aged 19 or over.
