Course Overview

The Asian Cookery - Improvers course builds upon the knowledge learnt on the introductory course to familiarise you with more advanced techniques used in Asian cookery. By the end of the course, you will be preparing a wide variety of meals using traditional herbs and spices.

Each week, there will be a small charge for the ingredients you use. This course is ideal  for those with a basic knowledge of the subject.

You will be required to complete an Individual Initial Assessment form at the start of your course. Your tutor will provide induction and guidance at the beginning of your course.

Entry Requirements

You should have completed the Asian Cookery - Introduction course.

To meet hygiene regulations you will be required to wear an apron and a hairnet which will be provided.

If you are aged 19+ and studying a Further Education Course at Bradford College, you may have to pay course fees. Course fees are dependent on the number of hours and which course is being taken. Actual costs can be obtained from our team.
